My life was inspired at Jaffery Academy at the age of 12 years. I thrived to continue with the inspiration of becoming a teacher since then. With this enthusiasm, I achieved more than I envisioned. I began my practice in 1985 and continued with my education since then.
In 2005 I pioneered and am heading a department for Special Education Needs at Jaffery Academy, Arusha, Tanzania, for cognitively challenged children (5yrs โ 18yrs) with a vision of job employment for persons with different abilities (PWD).
In April 2013 I won the Best Teachersโ International Award in Texas โ USA. On the 10th of December 2022, I was awarded Honoris Causa – Doctor of Philosophy.
